Abstract submission for the 8th International Lewy Body Dementia Conference 2025 (ILBDC2025) is closed!
Important dates:
June 1 2024: Abstract submission open
September 1 2024: September 11: Extended deadline submission of abstracts
Module will stay open until September 10, 23:59 hrs. GMT +1.
October 20 2024: Notification of acceptance of oral and poster abstracts
November 1 2024: Deadline for registration of selected abstract presenters
Important information:
1. The Scientific Committee will only accept original, up to date, scientific material.
2. Abstracts should be submitted in good, high quality English.
3. Abstracts should be 300 words not including title, author names, affiliations, etc.
4. Graphs, tables, pictures and references cannot be included.
5. Symbols or special formatting should be avoided

Rising Star Award
Rising Star Applications can be submitted via the online abstractmodule.
Early Career Researchers (those within five years of final degree and not holding a tenured position) are encouraged to submit their abstracts and apply for a Rising Star Award. There are separate categories for clinical and preclinical awards and in each we are offering Gold, Silver and Bronze categories. Each awardee will receive free registration plus a prize to fund their travel and accommodation. The Gold awardees will also be given an opportunity to present their findings to the whole Conference in a special symposium on Friday morning.
- Gold: 1500 Euro
- Silver: 1000 Euro
- Bronze: 500 Euro
